Stop Services

• Microsoft CRM Workflow Service
• Microsoft CRM-Exchange E-Mail Router Service
• Microsoft CRM-Fax Router Service
• Microsoft CRM Deletion Service

Stop IIS or Clear connections from the database

and restore

1. DB_METABASE
2. DB_MSCRM

Restart Server or  Start IIS & Services
